What we collect
Account details such as your email and display name; profile interests and languages; drafts, uploaded files, feedback, messages, reports, and other actions you submit. Sign-in uses authentication and session information. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information to run and protect the service.
Why we use it
To sign you in, save your work, show relevant drafts, deliver feedback and discussions, and handle safety reports. Topic and language preferences help personalise your review feed. Sizu does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Who can see what
Signed-in members can view submitted drafts and their context. Reviews use viewer aliases; creators can see feedback on their drafts. Discussions and Lounge messages are visible to the members who can access those spaces. Moderators can review reported content. Your email and profile preferences are not displayed in community views.
Cloudflare provides hosting, application data and file storage; Supabase supports email authentication and profiles when configured; Resend delivers account emails. If you use the earlier ChatGPT sign-in, that provider processes your sign-in. Product searches may send the search query and optional city to external price sources. Opening an external link is subject to that site’s policies.
What you control
Edit your profile from Account. Delete your own draft to remove its uploaded file, reviews, and draft discussion from Sizu. You can delete your own Lounge messages; a deleted-message marker remains. Avoid sharing confidential material: access controls cannot prevent another member from copying what they see.
Account-wide deletion and data export are not currently available as self-service tools. For a content privacy concern, use the report action on the relevant draft, review, or message. This reports content to moderators; it is not an account-deletion request.
Storage, retention & updates
Account and community data are stored to keep your account and shared activity available until removed through supported controls, a verified request, or moderation. Provider logs and backups may remain under provider retention practices. Sizu has not set a single automatic expiry for all account data. We use sign-in and access controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.
